Spring Celebration & Egg Hunt

Considering the safety and wellness of our guests, and following guidelines set by the CDC, the Iowa Department of Public Health, and our education partner, Eastern Iowa Community Colleges, all programs from March 16 until at least April 12 have been canceled or postponed.

The Spring Celebration and Egg Hunt, scheduled for April 4, will not be rescheduled and has been cancelled.

Celebrate spring at Nahant Marsh! Children ages 3-12 can participate in either a hide-and-seek egg hunt (great for younger children) or a GPS scavenger egg hunt (best for older children). There will also be a variety of hands-on activities inlcuding make-and-take crafts.

Each child that participates in the egg hunts will receive a bag of eco-friendly goodies. This is an open-house style event and all proceeds from the goodwill bake sale will go to support environmental education and natural resource projects. The egg hunts will run from 9-11 a.m. at your leisure. Bring your own basket and a water bottle!

This year's FREE event will be held on April 4, 9:00 a.m.-12 p.m. Let us know you are coming, by registering online.
